Client People Security
Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to information on the people tab.
To Grant Access
- Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select a security template.
- Click [edit].
- Open Resource Groups > Client.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under People:
- View: Activates or dims the people tab.
- Add: Activates the [Add New] link on the People Summary screen.
- Modify: Activates or removes the [Save] link on the people details tab.
- Delete: Activates or dims the Remove
icon located on the People Summary screen.
- Import: Activates or dims the [Import] link on the People Summary screen.
- Export: Activates or dims the [Export] link on the People Summary screen.
- In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
